Hi, Question... For the "E" stocks. From the day they file would that start a count down day forward for the second set of info. they must file with the SEC? ie. if a firm files Feb, 27 th. would there next filing become due 90 days later or sometime in Mar. April. May say buy June 27th??? Now if they file on the date of March 2, would it become the same 90 days later or due about July 2, 2000? No pun on Feb 29 2000, as I'm thinking the SEC. would not accept one every 4 years. LOL.... That would be a great question for them..... :~} Thanks for anyone who's smart and can fill my mind with the right info.. I'm lost on these day to day issues. Warm Regards All... Jim......
