You do not know what you are talking about. Canada's system provides care to ALL Canadians -- PERIOD. Seems to me that the US system leaves out about 35-40 million.

Despite the hyperbole you are fed down there, dollar for dollar, Canada's system is better. It's far from perfect, but as far as the medical system goes, weighing all the factors, if I were poor or marginalized, I would rather be here than there.
