Elmer,

Just how willing are customers going to be to commit further design wins to a processor that is produced on an unproven process in a foreign country with no backup supply?

Both Intel and AMD are headquartered squarely between the San Andreas fault and the Hayward fault. A 1906 sized earthquake would take out Intel, AMD, Cisco, Sun, El Burrito Real, and one or two other businesses.

I would never buy anything from any company with ties to Silicon Valley.

Elmer,

As it stands now AMD has two modern fabs and one fabs worth of demand. The world wants Flash and can't get their hands on enough.

I find these sentences somewhat contradictory.

As AMD ramps up production in Dresden, more capacity will be freed up in Fab 25 for flash.

Probably about as willing as the amount of FUD you are trying to create.

Elmer,

Re: "As it stands now AMD has two modern fabs and one fabs worth of demand."

Lack of demand for "AthWipes" ... Hmmmmm ... Intel purchasing more Fab's ... Hmmmmm.
