I haven't been having the problems you speak of at DWA, other than the speed.

I'm not savvy enough in web site development to know if they can present their charts faster or not. At least the chart shows up before all the buttons and text.

BTW
I think sites used for business should be super fast, and dump the fancy graphics and effects. My company's site was just moved to new servers and man is it fast.
