Rande, Great point on the the market maker action. All I can say is that negotiations are and have been under way. For this deal to be beneficial to shareholders we are looking at paying over 200 million for TNFI which I believe would put the share price at its 52 week high. I will have to dig some more and see what I can find. Icy

Rande et al, A couple of midnight picks, that way if they tank nobody gets hurt... DSL hype is just getting started (imo), check out pdyn and cwon. paradyne is an infrastructure play, and (cwon)choice one is an elec and more (read profile) , royce holland is on the board of cwon, it IPO'd last week, don't pretend to know too much about it, but it just smells good, as do most Morgan Stanley IPOs. Enjoyed the discussion on prayer in school, where did you get the stats about areas that offer prayer in schools have less crime? I'd like to read more about that. Thanks Kanetsu
