I don't know about CMRC, but this IS a pretty big stick in the eye to most other B2B players. It's a HUGE space that is suddenly sucked up. And ORCL looks to have almost all of it (or at least be a player in almost all). That is pretty stunning.
You can't tell me Vertical Net or any of the other B2B space players weren't drooling for the opp to handle this stuff.
