Hi Christine, The reason MHTX, along with hundreds of other Nasdaq stocks, received the dreaded "E" in the last couple of months is that the SEC came up with more stringent reporting rules to stay on at least the Bulletin Board. They gave companies 30 days to file the necessary paperwork, which MHTX and most other companies did, only to be notified that the SEC was swamped with paperwork and could not process their forms in time, thus putting them past the reporting deadline. The SEC caused this huge paperwork jam, and hundreds of good companies are now getting the"E" for doing exactly what they were told. It's our government at work again. Some highly paid government jerks must be proud of their authority.

A lot of traders are aware of this screwup, and are not paying attention to the "E". I now have 2 stocks on the pink sheets because of the incompetence of government workers. Ironically they have both gone up nicely, with one, ITKG, tripling on the pinks.
