LG,

I don't dispute at all that people are having problems, and by the sounds of it, more than I am (knock on wood). I was referred to QCharts and have sent my fair share over as well. I guess we are our own worst enemies! ;)

However, I'll keep my positive outlook and expectations as long as I can! If there is money to be made in this part of the business, then it seems to me that Quote.com is about the best positioned provider around. I continue to assume/hope this is true and that the issues are transitory in nature.

PS, for a while I was using other services - I had both a RealTick III setup (my stock broker uses it for a trading platform, my futures broker thankfully does not) as well as a seperate PCQuote Hyperfeed service - both had their own problems and my level of satisfaction with the RealTick III setup was very low. I am most definitely not a fan of Townsend Analytics TA_SRV infrastructure and it seems that PCQuote's implementation of this is bad (or perhaps the norm). Plus Townsend can't even calculate ADX correctly, and I won't list from my log the extensive failures experienced in the last 12 months - much more than anything I have personally experienced with Quote.com.

Based on my experience interacting with a number of vendors it seems that Quote.com could come out of this smelling by far the best, and I hope for you, me and all Quote.com users that turns out to be the case.

Cheers
Michael

LG...I can not believe how many chances your are giving QCharts. You are are a very savvy investor and use charts constantly.
I, on the other hand am fairly new and depend on the charts for my daily trading. When they are down I am too. When they work, I like them very much, but more often than not they are down and one can not even get through to them.
I am going to try the following site.

naq.com

Good Luck
