"Should there be some rule that if you live in Iraq, you cannot fall in love or get married or have children at all?" i think that 'parenting' should require licensing...it's a privilege, not a right to abuse...and if you can't afford a child, don't conceive one. this would require an absolute respect for human life...which is not human nature. -talk about 'LTA's... "...given that the biological instinct to reproduce is at the forefront even during wars and famines everywhere? i would dispute your 'given'...it's not like we're gerbils. [or are we?...that leads to my [wh]ychromosome theory]
