Interesting read in this morning's National Post. Alan Abelson writes in this week's Barron's and reprinted in the NP: Two-markets, two directions.
Sorry I can't provide the link as I was unable to find the story at NP's website. Unlike Abelson, two companies are mentioned directly, Puma Technology and Smartserv Online and certainly not in a favourable light.
