It will pvrovide 2-way interactive broadband Internet services through a combination of satellite and cable infrastructure. It will also develop the Cyber-port project with HK Government". To me, PCCW and tom.com are in a pole position on the internet highway for China. In Germany PCCW is around USD 2,90 and tom.com has the first day of trading today around 1.15. Look into it.
