Wheeler Forecasts Growth Plans February 28, 2000 03:35 PM OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Stockholders attending the "final" Cotton Valley Resources Corporation annual meeting today voted overwhelmingly to change the Company's name to Aspen Group Resources Corporation KTNV . Jack E. Wheeler, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Group in a speech prepared for delivery at the meeting told stockholders that the recent dramatic growth in sales and earnings will continue through this year and next. "Aspen Group plans to drill a minimum of 30 new increased density wells this year and a minimum of 50 in 2001," commented Mr. Wheeler. "In addition, the Company has targeted acquisition candidates and plans to close on several of them in 2000." Mr. Wheeler also informed shareholders that Aspen Group will continue to be traded under the symbol "KTNV" on the OTC Bulletin Board and "CVZC" on the Canadian Dealer Network until such time as the application for a new symbol is approved.
