Anyone notice the steady deterioration in the NDX futures this AM?

The dollar is oneof the main factors why I have not been as bearish as Don as I feel until the dollar puts in a top, foreign capital is still flooding our markets. Still we are approaching the time and my finger has been tightening on the trigger with each day. Connecting the last 3 previous tops tops on teh dollar and we are all but there. If that gets broken, then my fork has the top pegged at around 107 at which point I will fire all barrels at teh NASDAQ.

This market is on life support here and today was just a lot of bounces off of 200 EMAs, and some dead cat bounces. The DOW, GE etc couldn't hold the highs of the day or even come close to doing so. My main problem getting too short here is the darn schedule. End of month inflows now, triple witching the 17th, the FOMC the 21st then pre earnings ramp up. I am worried we could repeat April 98 where the market just waited out hte shorts until most finally gave up in July and then the rug was pulled. Still I can wait and there are only a few more pieces of the puzzle I want to see before I unload and find my vulture perch. I will probably be taking leave either this week or next week do a little warming up so my trigger finger isn't too rusty when it comes. <ggg>

Good Luck,

Lee
