The Falklands & Sodra: Greywolf's comments
greywolf.se

March 10
Sodra Petroleum
The stock has seen periods of activity of late and during this week it has been "in play" once again. The rumours are many yet the one that prevails is that of a deal or bid for the companyïs block off the Falkland Islands. Sodra has since the drill in tranche F only had one source on income and that is the interest on the loan to Lundin Oil. The company has been given the right by a majority of the share holders to look elsewhere for other drilling projects, which it is also doing.

Whether the rumours are true is hard to judge. Anything is possible, even if a farm-in in Albania or Algeria would seem more likelly. Especially Albania as the the ex-Prime Minister of Sweden Carl Bildt is on his way on to the board of Lundin Oil. Carl Bildt does have more than a little experience from the balkan region.
