Update: Q1 is historically weak Q and stock price is down to reflect this. Last year Q1 was -0.10; Q2 historically shows improvement over Q1 (Q2 and Q4 are historically best Qs); Looking ahead, e-CRM suite is under development with initial release in summer and enhancements during second half of year; expenses should likely be reasonable as company is offsetting new product development with decrease in maintenance expense of Dispatch legacy product. Bottom line: impact of new product cycle to begin in second half of year and continue into next year. All imo.
