T, That does trump me. I thought the ROTC just gave you detention. <g> What was funny was, the army treated me like something the pooper scooper missed. I was fortunate to be away from bases and living on the German economy for most of my tour, but when they had a shot, the powers that be dumped on me. Then, when my time was up, they made a full court press to get me to re-enlist, offering what was then a huge bonus ($10,000 in 1970, when I was earning $400 month)and my choice of stations and a flight to Vietnam so I got the bonus tax free. Heck, if they had treated me better than the McCoys treated the Hatfields, I probably would have made a career of it at no cost to them. <g>
