SI's problems are deeper than whether Classic lives or dies. I signed onto SI when it was a free service. They aren't signing up new members because no one is going to pay for SI when they can get basically the same service for free. The posts on SI have been steadily dwindling as people move to Raging Bull and Yahoo because that is where the "action" is. I find myself spending more and more time on Raging Bull, and SI's new "change for the sake of change" certainly isn't going to bring me back.
