All you have to do is check the chat rooms to see how bad it is, constant barrage from upset users should give you a clue! Pathetic, I would recommend anybody looking at MYTRAC to look elsewhere until they mature enough to handle the volume of customer complaints. Or at least improve the system so they don't get all these problems. MB Trading, AB Watley, Cybercorp are all much better platforms for daytrading. Hell even NDB and Waterhose give better executions and service than Mytrack over the last week!
