Why doesn't management worry about execution instead of their stock price? BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (Dow Jones)--Cyber-Care Inc. (CYBR) said there's no "fundamental" reason for volatility in its stock price or recent price declines. Cyber-Care, a health-management technology company, said in a press release Monday that it filed a registration statement to resell outstanding common stock, but it won't become effective until after the company files its 10K, scheduled for March. Cyber-Care said management and other insiders, who own about 50% of the company's common stock, haven't sold any of it. Separately, the company said "prospects" continue to improve for its Electronic Housecall System, an online monitoring technology system for health-care providers.

Snapping and snarling the slime balls slide back into the ooze. As the shorts scramble to cover I am pleased to hear by your responses that Auric is still here. It means he missed the low and is losing money as we speak. I cry for him. Sigh. He will try to bash it down so he can cover. Unfortunately for him, his cohorts are just as greedy, and won't wait for him to get aboard as they cover, shoving each other out of the life boat. When your only friends are hyenas you need to watch your back. Life is tough when you feed in the dark.
