I know what you mean, Cosmo. I'm looking to diversify out of tech stocks. We bought a small house to rent out, just get a chunk into real estate, but I'm new to fixed income strategies and out of my league with the Ginnie Mae stuff, despite ed's generous description. Time to do some research! I'm struck by how much there is to learn about money management. I'm going to be attending the Option Investor conference in late March and hope to bring some other strategies here.
