We are so close now to "real news" about the merger, there is not likely to be a lot of speculative buying involving Gem* or TV Guide. However, after the March 17 meetings and as we move into April I would expect that the picture will become clearer on the likelihood of an approval by the FEDS within a month or so. The analysts will begin to crunch new numbers based on most recent information..all of which should be positive for Gemstar. I think it is sit and wait time for a while.

My belief is that it runs earlier than that, although today isn't helping that argument. :)

That was a Senior Moment; I meant to refer to the merger with tvgia.

And I thought I was having a senior moment over how in the world did I miss a split. Then figured you just had some insider info.
