Unfortunately it means QSTI (E) will be delisted to the pink sheets in 30 days. And since the 10SB is not even filed yet you can plan on not being relisted for at least 3 to 4 months, maybe longer. The good news is that the pink sheets have been pretty manipulated lately and they might move it up. I doubt it though
