Here's some update from Kodak on Jesse's departure, looks
good for CPQ:

Loss for Kodak

Kodak hired Unisys Corp.'s Robert Brust as CFO in December
and he began his duties in January, allowing Greene to devote
himself full time to the strategy job.
``From Kodak's perspective, they're losing a good, talented
player,' said B. Alex Henderson, a Prudential Securities analyst
who has an ``accumulate' rating on Kodak. ``I don't think
anybody's going to blame him for taking a shot at the CFO job at
Compaq, particularly because he was passed over for the same job
at Kodak.'

Kodak said Greene's departure was a surprise. The Rochester,
New York-based company will conduct both an internal and external
search to replace him. Brust will take over Greene's duties during
the search.
``Jesse Greene is a talented individual and a capable
financial executive,' Kodak Chief Executive Dan Carp said through
a spokesman. ``He has made important contributions to Kodak and we
wish him great success in his new role.'
