It does make a lot of sense to have a secondary. I hate the effect, though--tends to make the stock float around in limbo until the secondary is finished. Cleaning up the debt would make a lot of skiddish analysts happy as well, and would probably result in upgrades. We'll call it a net neutral move overall. 3 million / 125 million is a reasonably small dillution. . .

I don't know how many people on this thread live in the Bay Area, but the Components, Packaging, and Manufacturing Technology Society of IEEE is giving a talk entitled "Why Outsourcing IC Assembly is a High Growth Industry" March 8. It is an RSVP affair, see the link. (Don't know if IEEE membership is necessary)
