I can understand the frustration of some of the holders of Net Shepherd stock and I am afraid it will continue to frustrate until they get a US listing. It's just too difficult for most investors to trade these small Canadian stocks. Internet trading is hit and miss and expensive compared with US on line services and the traditional brokers in Canada treat the small investor as a ticket to make them money rather than the other way around. I have been long WEB ever since they first listed - I have never sold a single share and I have bought on several occasions since - but until they list on the TSE and the NASDAQ it is a long term hold only and a volatile one at that....

Further to that thought, CC, Jim Cramer of theStreet.com says "I want to buy when I can, not when I have to"...in other words, if you believe in a stock, buy it when it's being hit by non-believers, not when it's in the middle of a big run.

In the interest of full disclosure, sadly I'm not very good at this very thing...

But I've been picking up more WEB, so I'm trying to get better <gg>
