bidder . . .The time to buy a stock is when others are selling. My best profits are when a stock is out-of-favor and hold it . . . it will come back. Don't chase the latest stock fad. Those who bought MVEE under .03 cents had to hold for about 10 days but are now up well over 100%. ROVC . . . I'm not worried about the "E." The company is already reporting and will be filing additional 10Qs and 10Ks this week. It does not need to file a registration statement. Katie K.

I'm glad to see it going down as I was looking for a good entry point. From what I've read on this company you don't need to worry. I seem to remember Katie saying they were just a little late with their filing and shouldn't have the E for long. Bree
