Catherine, The Yahoo/News Corp deal is not a merger. It's a business venture. Yahoo will not necessarily invest any $$; they are looking for content and interlinkings (is that a word?) for their websites.

I have been out there all this time and found have NOTHING of interest on PCCLF etal. to post! I don't feel awesome, just sleepy. I reiterate, I truly owe the first posting this a.m. to someone else who graciously sent me that info. To think I could have slept! The Sunday HKT news release said they would have a release in 48 hours, so I do not expect to find anything until Tuesday EST.

CNBC just now mentioned that 48-hour time frame -- Great Minds Think Alike -- They said they are looking for the 48-hour release, but there has been nothing yet. The 48 hours time clock must be running out!

If I could find Richard Li's phone number (or email, preferable the phone#) maybe I could just call and get the news. Richard, If you are reading this...

Merry is at home, waiting.<eom>:)

Here's a longer release (not much new) from Bloomberg:

bloomberg.com

There is lots of news, all about the same on sctrade.com, china.com, radiohongkong.com, and just about every HK news place you can think of.

O.T. Catherine, Yes I am! Not tired anymore, adrenaline kicked in!

Merry
