A stock split announcement is usually good for a 30% pop immediately. The fact that pat boland, one of their lead reporters, stated publicly on CNBC that "the reason intel is going up is because of a stock split they recently announced" and has NOT RETRACTED IT, is a tout. It's also an error that everyone on the set must have noticed, yet nobody has retracted his statement. And they never will.
