Bob - Don't get me wrong. If Aber has, or can show that they can safely mine without negatively affecting the river then I'm all for it. I just believe that the feds need to be a little more discerning with this particular location than they were with DMM or are being with WSP.

PS - I agree with the overfishing thing. I grew up as an avid angler in Alberta and our fishery has reached the point where even pike populations on formerly prolific bodies of water have collapsed. It's a shame that my kids may not be able to take their kids fishing in our home province in 20 years.
