Hi Karen,

I agree with your comment 100%; anyone buying the stock, say, next week, still buys the split. My poorly articulated point had more to do with price manipulation helping new buyers at the expense of unwitting sellers who put stops in ahead of today's curious decline...some of whom will have to spend more up to restablish the same position.
