Hi Haqi, I probably feel many of the things that you feel about denominations. That is one of the reasons that I subscribe to the Berean Church. They never ask for tithes or offerings and manage to mail out a free booklet to anyone who asks. Their doctrine is strictly grace teaching from the Epistles of Paul. I realize that many give to them out of a desire to support their ministry but without pledges and tithing. Most teach the rebuilding of Jerusalem and an earthly Kingdom but some of us believe in a Preturist doctrine. I consider and lean toward a partial Preturist doctrine of the 66AD fulfillment of the Tribulation during that time frame. I saw an excellent biography of 66AD on the A&E channel last night. Of course, the opinions discussed by the learned professors was different in that they believe that most of our Christian beliefs came about as a result of the Roman influence. You would have to see it to really appreciate it. I was never good at telling a story. Its ok to have differing opinions and I hope that you and Lew understand that I am not saying that you are wrong at all. I just see it a little differently. Goodbye for now.
