hi FezKo'

I have my original edition copy of the Global Crossing Ltd. Prospectus (Dated Aubust 13,1999) to my right (yup, that's the collects's edition). There were six (6) original undertakers: Solomon Smith Barney Int., Merrill Lynch Int., CIBC Oppenheimer, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sacks Int., and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

While i agree that management said that Global Crossing will name the undertakers for Global Centre within two (2) weeks from 2/18/00, i see no reason to expect that only two (2) houses will have a paw in this word changing event.

BTW, i do think that SSB will be the lead party house and (since i am a member of the family) i think there is a good chance that i might get 50 at the IPO price.

As for GBLX common: i own more shares than i did a year ago and that number will only increase.
