Flanked by several high-technology industry leaders in a news conference Sunday at the Boeing Co. Flight Center, the Texas governor said, "I stand on the side of innovation, not litigation."
Bush would seek to resolve (the case) in a way that does not break up the company, added Sen. Slade Gorton, R-Wash. I don't think a Bush administration would have brought the case to begin with."
