'IT grew despite us, so be it for others' admits the Government

THE government has been honest - it has admitted the boom in the infotech sector has been because it has kept its hands off it. In the Economic Survey, it said: "The early success of our IT industry owes a great deal to the relative absence of government controls." Now, this is helluva admission for the government to make.
