Hello All,

First I'd like to say that I'm long on this company since 1996 and currently own 40,000 shares. I hope as you, to make $$$$ with this OTC:BB. I do have a question though....

Does anyone else feel that it more likely this company would be bought out by the competition then to really move to the $5.00 - $10.00 range? I'm aware MCI moved from a penny stock to what it is today, but that's a special story, only happens to a few companies. Is ADGI one of these company's?

There's competition out there as you know better set-up to handle the expansion in this new arena of voIP. I'm not so sure ADGI can move from a OTC:BB to a big player in voIP.

I was going to post this on RagingBull, but there's too much pumping/hyping of the stock with nothing to back up what the poster claims. I'm losing interest in that message board because of the "What I think attitudes" and nothing to back it up.

The competition from what I'm told are companies like:
GLC.V - Global CT&T Telecom
OZEMY - Ozemail
IDTC - IDT Corp.
FAX.TO - Alphanet
VOCLF - Vocaltec
NSPK - Netspeck

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Save your bashing about me for another day, please!
