"put selling"

nice to hear from you.

if you are a bull, buy the calls.

selling the puts is risky, but you have limited upside.

since you are not enamored with covered calls, why would you want to do a naked put. either play results in the same profit or loss.

for example, stock at 97, jun 100 call at 19, jun 100 put at 18. assume stock closes at 100. money (in), out.

covered call:
stock 97
call (19)
interest 3
sales gain (22)
total gain (19)

short put:
put (18)
interest (1)
total gain (19)
