BWAC- I can't figure out what the SFAS standard says. But I can tell you that they do not carry their investments on the balance sheet at market value.

I found the best way to cut through it all is to find out how many shares they own in each of the companies they invested in and simply do the math based on the current stock prices. If you could find that info, that would be great.

Also, I'm not sure if, "Optical Networks," is the correct name of one of their holdings. Maybe you can verify that while perusing the SEC filing. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)

PS Another example of how SFAS rules are confusing. SEG when trading around $25/share, was worth around $40/share just on it's investments alone. But it didn't show up in the financial statements. Now it's pretty clear to investors that SEG is indeed worth North of $40/share, minimum.

RE: PAIR

My calculator says that PAIR should be trading at around 18.75 in conjunction with todays rise in ADCT. Would it be possible to ease up on the ask and move to the 18 3/4 ask?

Many thanks.
