Ike, refrain from buying stocks because they look 'cheap'. when the NAZ bubble bursts - and it will burst - everything will be taken down. cheap stocks will become INCREDIBLY cheap stocks in the process.
the only exception may be the gold stocks as they seem to be inversely correlated to the overall market.
btw, a p/e of 22 is low only in terms of the current mania. it is still at the high end of historical valuations.
don't for a moment believe the crap about the permanently high plateau...we will see p/e's of 6 again and 8% dividend yields.
in the meantime buy QCOM...<g>
