Analyst at Cowen is a real genius...check out the other stocks he covers so astutely...

Rick Billy at SG Cowen comes out on 10/19/99 with an underperform rating on LSCC. It closed at 30 that day. LSCC proceeds to almost double in the following 3 months. So, what does he do? Mr. Billy comes back out of his apparently very dark office on 1/20 and reiterates his brilliant underperform rating on LSCC. It closed at 59 that day. Today's intraday high was over 68.

It gets even more ridiculous. On 10/15/99 he calls a neutral rating on PMCS. It opens at 40 that day. In the next 3 months it rocks, more than doubling. So, on 1/21, (with the lights in his office obviously still not working) this blithering idiot at Cowen reiterates his neutral rating on PMCS. It closed at 95 that day. Today it hits 189.

I'd say Ricky is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I'd also venture to say his downgrade of CNXT is a hugely bullish indicator.

I guess buffoons like this are a big reason why more and more investors are taking control of their own accounts.
