Frankly i found this story funny, though the IS Manager/Stoolie forgot to mention how the addition of Microsoft Keyboards also added to developer productivity - Im sure Microsoft will "talk" to him during his next performance review...Note that Lycos who is the owner of quote.com is a Digital/Compaq partner so having them move quote .com off Sun to Compaq wasnt much of a reach after the aquisition.

Dear JC: Gosh, I wish this Rambus vs SDRAM controversy would get settled. I am going to get a new computer this year, probably around August or Sept. This time I am going for it all and make the whole system into a home entertainment center. I keep wavering back and forth on Rambus vs SDRAM. I read your referenced article in great detail. Not sure it said ANYTHING though. JDN
