Oh yeah i don't know where this guy gets his credit cards but mine sure as hell aren't as big as my PALM pilot!

I wondered that also. I'd like to see him trying to fit a Palm III into an ATM machine!
No doubt he is hoping for a few $1000 in an out of court settlement, given the timing of this.

I wonder if he sued the company that did make a credit card sized organiser a year or two back? I think they went out of business.

Its also a comment on the ridiculous patent process, where pretty much anything seems patentable, no matter how loosely defined, or if there isnt even a working example, or however generalised.
