Bipin, you are a bright fellow. may i ask you, are you not concerned that orcl fell today? this is a very well known stock, held by all the big institutions; and thoroughly studied by all the analysts, all the mutual funds. the deals were on the front page of the NY Times and the Wall Street Journal. so nobody missed either the deal or the company. but evidently there were more sellers than buyers. could it be, that major investors understand these deals better than we? does this fall not make you wonder if the stock is overvalued? i have a very large (for me) position in orcl. it and nt are the only stocks i own. for the most part i am in cash. best of luck. jack
