If you like an established business with a low float (100K last I saw) check out ISON. Primarily new technology on isotopically pure silicone for wafers.

OGPS - From Technology Investor Magazine:

Interactive Radio, a subsidiary of Omicron Technologies (OGPS), will soon start selling RadioSat, a satellite car radio that has two-way data communications and global positioning technology (GPS). You'll use it to buy things while driving - the CD you just heard, tickets for the movie just advertised, reservations at the restaurant next to the theater. You'll also use it to get help when your car breaks down, send email, listen to weather reports, set your car alarm and hear directions.

RadioSat is an internet appliance of sorts. It has a touch screen that looks like a Palm Pilot. Icons indicate your options.

The radio stores personal information - name, address, credit card number. When you press the "order" button, your information is sent via satellite to a monitoring station, which forwards your order to the appropriate vendor over the internet.

RadioStat can also transmit its location (that's what GPS does) via satellite. That means you can track Junior on his night out or organize a fleet or trucks around the country. - Victoria Hall
