Whatever the outcome, one should look at the fact that they are known as the ZiaSun 8. This does suggest that they were a group of people who appeared to make a concerted effort to bash the stock for personal gain and therefore are viewed as a bunch of CRIMS (so far as serious investors are concerned). I congratulate them on NOTHING!

Of course, we all know what a listing in Deutschland really means: Offshore dumping opportunites. One of our sources on this subjects writes anonomously through pinmail (LOL) to wit: " stockreporter.de is a well known offshore pump and dump news letter should be putting out a strong buy recomendation on ziasun in the coming days. Stockreporter pumps OTC stocks and was behind Turbodine TRBD [aka TURBOPig]. They are currently cover DDD - CHEQUEMATE INTL INC. This site is not under US jurisdiction and they are paid for everything they write about. They never disclose the amount of compensation in their disclosure statements. Gee, I wonder if ZSUN will disclose any such "research reports" and what they or a "friend of the Company" paid to have the darn thing pumped in their e to the Nth sEC filing, LOL). Their site leads you right to the ragingbull message boards so there will be many Germans showing up on the ragingbull ZSUNEQ thread." Well just one more interogatory to ask about.....
