i thot the first link looked like it was a temp 'session' link, which is why i included the 2nd w/ the path I took to get there. --- i agree w/ you... it's getting some of those knuckleheads at brokerage firms to read and understand the same regs that's the 'challenge' :-) you and i have had this discussion before... in some cases it depends on whether the broker does EOD accting or intraday acct balances. altho i still think that using up your buying power in a cash acct is where the restriction comes in play. tx for the book report. i'll give you an 'A' for thoroughness.
