I sold March 160's yesterday AM. During the day yesterday was down 17 and change. SDLI interday yesterday was down 30.
Short term, its possible that there may more downward pressure. I have 40 contracts pending this month. Safer play may be longerterm play with strike below 140 IMHO. Generally I like to sell puts longer term with a strike price >20% lower then the current price of the common. I like the stock longer term. I have 20 contracts at strike 190 this month which is much more aggressive then I like to play it. However I had sold several thousand shares of the common recently at 192 and change after a nice run and don't mind if it is put to me this month. Having said that I am not sure how many of my contracts (if any) I will hold thru expiration this month. I also added to my long term puts for 1/02 (strike 110) yesterday.
