To all dissatisfied with OTC games...

Myself and a friend have contacted the SEC and NASD. You can go to nasdr.com and file a complaint against your brokerage firm and the market makers. Fills are taking forever or not all these days. I have had several stocks not filled in the last week even though I was over the ask.

Just go to the site and click on the left on have a complaint, then customer complaint, then customer complaint form or click on the following and fill out:

nasdr.com

Everyone these days is upset as I am but do something about it. We need the OTCBB reporting market to go electronic. Fill out the form and be as specific as possible in your description of the complaint. Let's use the power of the Net to our advantage. Everyone should pass this around the Net. With the more complaints filed the NASD will do something.

Thank you for trying to do something about this
huge money losing problem for all of the people
that trading with NDB.
One week ago i myself was talking with a manager at the NDB on why also the orders do not
get filled, or wait for an hour to have orders
filled?
His excuse was, that on the BB stocks
the market maker is not obligated to fill the orders. No worthy arguing all the time=High blood pressure.
I just hope they pass the new five minutes rule.

O.T. Katie,
"Anyone using NDB..."

My sentiments exactly. I remember a few weeks ago complaining to them about slow and non-executions and was told that the problem was with NITE (Knight Securities). I even had to fight with them about a market order I put in 30 minutes before the close that never went through. After a weekend + 3 days, they filled the order...at the close and not at the time I placed the order. After all the fighting I had already been through, and the fact that the difference between the strike price and the close price was marginal, I just accepted the order as is.

They are costing me mucho dollars . . . they better get it fixed shortly.

This is exactly how I felt yesterday as well. STILL feel that way too I might add...:)
Theo;-)
