ICAB added some at 19 3/8 to average down. IMHO Hong Kong will see an upward explotion this year. PCCW acquisition of HK cable and wireless is just the start.

Tech fever is spreading in Asia. So far HK still trades in fear (as a result of the last 5 years of market declines there). So far Asian markets just follows what the US does on daily basis. IMHO HK/Asia investors that where hit hard a few years ago are gaining confidence and Asian markets will break out on their own very soon.

I-CABLE -HK's leading cable internet company can explode on just a few announcements re: China or re: broadband. So far ICAB PR is very quiet when it starts putting PRs watchout. Just look at the float.

I-Cable is a MER's underwritting. MER playing their usual game. Let the stock drop then a few months later off to the moon.
