Hi WUWT Yes of course you are right about that. I was just trying to put in short form what I think the people who are selling right now are thinking. That is why I put the question mark beside the market price. I should have stated what the combined company assets and cash flow would be. Thanks for pointing this out. Thanks Regards Eric

Hi WUWT; What do you feel was behind the quick nosedive in the stock yesterday...were stop-loss positions taken out??? Or, was it somehow related to information in the mail-out which many investors recieved during the past two days??? Someone got some cheap shares yesterday...I barely missed on several orders that I had sitting there in case of a bad day.Got a bargain price in NSI shares like that last summer on two occassions..I guess I can't get lucky twice. Interested to see how the stock will behave today!!! Len
