Hello Marshall,

I remember you from RACE days, and am happy things turned to your favor with SCON, at least for the moment. I hope you took some chips off the table here, because there is no logical reason for SCON's current valuation.

I held and sold CDTS years ago (but off course now wish I had held for this insanity).

As you pointed out, the press incorrectly reports the "facts" that only feed the frenzy. I've been around long enough to know that these "mistakes" are not always due to ignorance.

Fortunately for me, I could not get shares of SCON to short. I will keep trying. SCON's technology is not unique, nor is that of CDTS. If the market is as big as the pumpers' claim, you can expect IBM (remember them ?) and other big names to enter. I doubt that they will. SCON has a real product, and a few sales, but the growth will never justify their current market cap. Of course that is reality, which is currently not of significance. Unfortunately for those short now, margin may call before the piper does on SCON.

"SCON uses "high temperature superconductors" which don't need to be cooled to these extremely low temperatures to exhibit their effect, matter of
fact they have developed their own small self-contained "coolers" that are no larger than a quart milk bottle. "

Wrong. SCON uses low-temperature cryogenic superconductors. Check out their website for reference. You have been discredited.
